Lincoln Christ United Methodist Church is a Welcoming and Affirming Congregation
We commit ourselves to maintain an environment that is safe and affirming to all persons by doing the following: • We will celebrate the forgiving grace of Jesus Christ as the foundation of our community and source of our unity. • We will not use scripture in a way that does spiritual violence to any group of persons. • We will practice non-judgmental hospitality to all who desire fellowship with us. •We will not tell jokes or use unkind language about anyone, including the above named minorities. We will seek ways to help one another grow into a fuller relationship with Jesus Christ that manifests itself in our love for one another.
